Very exciting. David, the main character has been “kidnapped” because of hours father’s legacy, even though he has done nothing wrong. What a pity! His life with troubles had begun for uncle’s selfishness. However, because of his unfair situation, he could encounter Alec. I love the bonds between David and Alec so much. I can’t tell how wonderful and beautiful they were. I think they wouldn’t forget each others.

Although I am Japanese, I knew only two stories in this book. In this book, I especially like “You can’t trick a samurai”. How cleaver that Samurai is. On the other hands, I thought biting rock looks painful and dirty. Japanese stories sometimes have unreasonable conclusion. In “The woman in white”, indeed, the man had been said “Don’t tell anyone”, however, why the woman had to disappear? I want to know some reason. In Japan, there is famous story “Urashima Taro”. This story also has an unreasonable setting that main character mustn’t open the box which given as a gift.

Miss Mary was such a poor woman. She couldn’t marry her lover, moreover, it was all for her parent’s benefit! What a horrible truth that was. I was surprised that Holmes suddenly got cross and shouted, but indeed, Mr Windibank deserved it.

I thought I'll have no comment to write because I've read so many Titanic's books in LL. However, in this book, there were still lots of new imformation which I haven't read. "The world woke up on April 15, 1912" This words made me sad. People's hope that it might be better tomorrow, was destroyed in one night. This book described about musicians who played in Titanic. This story is what made me cry at most in the film "Titanic". They played a song to calm people down even a little. How brave they were...

I hadn’t known what Hillary Clinton had done before run for president well until read it. How people have political opinion is influenced by how their family have it. I think Bill Clinton and Obama is wonderful person because they tried to comprehend woman’s rights hard. I think it is so difficult man to understand how important to admire woman’s rights unless they become woman. However, we have to make it ordinary to respect each other like Hillary, Bill and Obama.

This book taught me a lot of things. It was interesting that our stomach and intestines have more neurons than the brain of cats! WOW, how cute the cats are!! I like this lovely fact ;; “It’s very important to exercise because many people spend hours sitting down.” It makes me stand up immediately. Death from unhealthy is so scary… I want to live until I become 100 years old. I am often surprised how my body works. I can’t believe that my heart beats without stopping yet! I think we and other creatures live today miraculously.

I can’t believe that Straker hurt Silver Blaze despite he had trained that horse! Don’t you have any love for it? The leg is as important as heart for horses.

Now I could understood what had happened in this story. I had read this story written in Japanese before , but at that time, I can’t understand because the part of motivation was too long. But this book explained it shorter. Although not related to the case, it was interesting that the servant of Sholto had a unique accent. . For instance, he emphasized “L” which is in “people”. If you are interested in reading it, you should read it with audio unless you can’t stand the strange high sound.

I was surprised that there was a group which friendly with Native American at that time. USA may be the new country, but it has lots of histories.

Oh, really..? This story really finished...? I suppose that Romeo and Juliet will live a long-happy life together after story, however, I also think there are too many thing which they have to trouble. By the way, this theme was very interesting. Romeo and Juliet in 2079?! What a charming title it is. It had me take this book. The idea that people are separated by gene was interesting.

I have heard lots of stories about Anne Frank, but I was noticed that they were little imformation. I was surprised that Jews was able to go some fun place, such as beach, or go to school at one time. But also, this happy time could be destroyed easily. It is beyond my imagination how scared was the prisoners when they found by Nazis, or see others broungt to gus chamber, or they was broungt to chamber. The only thing reassued me was that Otte Frank could get over the death of his families.

I no longer have any comment because I have already spoken about Sherlock Holmes a lot... but, there were so interesting too! In the second story, will... will he go to South Africa?! He said he will find job there. Are there many jobs in South Africa in those days...? I could get a new knowledge. The third case's victim, who could also be a killer, was such a foolish man. He cut his horse in order to give other his money woman by gambling, and finally he was dead!? Really stupid.

Yes, I know that it’s probably a happy end. I was glad that Violet and Eline could become a friend, BUT, Violet lost a best friend in London!! Oh lord, how terrible it is. This story was so realistic. However, I like these cute pictures and also itself.

I can’t figure out how she felt when her husband became worse and worse, and she was suspected from husband to citizens. It is so disgusting to be executed even if there is nothing illegal…

What a lovely story it is! I'm so relieved that two couple didn't break up. I love how Beatrice and Benedick's friends acted to help the two find love, and how the deceived couple became an idiot! Love makes people stupid. I like this hilarious love story so much :)

I was so excited to read this book! I have something to said to these three stories. The first story, "The Speckled Band", it was such a terrible accident...Holmes had causes Step father's death unconsciously! It wasn’t a crime and the Doctor was a murderer, but Holmes might recall again and again after this. And the second story, "A Scandal in Bohemia", it was soooo good story!! I like this story's main charactor, Irean Asler. I only knew the name of her, but I didn't know what she did. I now, I know. She was such a clever beauty!! I was stunned by how she won against Holmes. It may have been the first time for him to be interested in women. And the final story, "The Five Orenge Pips", was also surprising. The great detective Sherlock Holmes couldn't help the client?! Couldn't catch the murders?! Moreover, it was case of K.K.K?! It must have become a historical case... It was really sad story, but I was so happy to know Holmes isn't a perfect man just like us.

American election is common topic in my family! When I read it, I was so surprised that Trump was a one of Democratic senators until 2015, even though he is such an antithetical to Democratic candidates now!! As for election, according to this book, he didn’t win in the popular vote in 2016, even though he won in the electoral vote! I think system of electoral college causes some trouble which is called “The gap in one vote” in Japan. However, from the another perspective, it might be good for hearing the opinions of minorities who live in small state…

I’m so glad I read it. It was such a terribly sad story, but I was so touched my heart by the strong friendship between Holmes and Watson. I want to give star*millions. To be honest, I didn’t like this series because they are too complicated for me to understand even though I read in Japanese. However, now it became my favourite LL book. By the way Watson, you said you hadn’t heard about Professor Moriarty ? It can’t be true. You must have been told about him by letter sent by spy…even I can’t recall, haven’t you?

I respect that he was able to keep his book funny! I think it’s such a difficult job. Moreover, even through he hadn’t any talent of jokes when he was kid!! I have liked American cartoon since I was a little child, so I hope the cartoon culture to continue for a long time.

Before reading this book, I thought it is story of great people, but it wasn’t. It was story of God @_@!! I was surprised by the fact that she was a teenager!! How eventful her life is!! And… the relationship between British king and French king is… father and son?! Or uncle and nephew… how complicated.

Most of wedding in this book are so wonderful! I think the couples should have the great wedding which their favour, but the sky diving wedding was too interesting for me...it must has been precious memory for them :> I'm longing to have such a romantic wedding with handsome man someday...

I’m surprised by the fact that Shakespeare also belonged to the plays. Oh, he had got lots of talents! I also envy Toby because he was able to find job which he can use his skills. It’s such a fortunate thing, I think. I was moved by the scene the William’s friends cooperated to succeed the play “Hamlet ”.

I think he made a great mark, but it doesn’t make sense that he wrote the answer in a questioning style. I think it was certainly wrong answer. However… if the people enjoyed watching him on television, I don’t complain about it.

I like to read the stories of sports stars! They give us some kind of power, and excite me by showing their wonderful skills. I think that the way Megan contained the right of gay was great. Of course, I think Megan was great person, but not only her but also Rachael was. I’m moved by her decision to continue to study in the university though she also had got fantastic skills of football.

Having watched “Titanic”, which is my favourite film, I have search for it a few times. When I read this book, I felt the gap between rich people and else. Why the rich people didn’t try to help more passengers?? You must had known fear of death, exactly. I could know there is nothing certain.

I was interested about how Hollywood declined and revived.I think the films which were published after revival are more successful than formers. However, I touched my heart by the word, “3D glasses” , the most. How nostalgic it is… yes, we used to wear these glasses in the cinema. I watched “Fantastic Beasts” by using it…why this word disappears recently??

I was shocked at many scene, but especialy I was shocked at the scene which the Freeman didn't sell the Eliza's daughter just to harass Eliza. I couldn't repeat the audio. I thought he isn't a human. Just a demon. Compared to that, how kind Bass was!! You may lead a happy life!!

How sad the last story is. No one became happy however hard everybody work…but I was surprised to find out that Miss Martha was more older than I thought. The second story’s main character, Boddy, was so stupid man. I can’t relate to people who spend lots of money to bet on a gambling, like him.

Oceans have got lots of romance and lots of human's desire, I think. I like stories about deep oceans. I'm attracted by undeveloped places, usually. I especialy like very wonder animals!! I want to know how have they survived until today. I was surprised at that the fish ball are break so soon. Now, there no reason to make fish boll?!
