主人公のClaudiaは家出を計画し、弟を誘って実行します。行先はニューヨークの美術館です。読み進めていくうちに、じわじわと面白さが染みわたっていきます。私が読んでいるこのお話は「クローディアの秘密」という題で日本語に翻訳されているあの有名な本だったのか！と気が付いた頃には物語の後半にさしかかっていました。さすが、名作と言われるだけのことがある奥深い面白さを味わうことができます。

It was an enchanting story and I was fascinated and jealous of their exciting lives. I can image the two children enjoying the adventure visually, so I felt as if I had been watching the movie. My favorite scene is when they picked up money in a fountain. I wanna hide in the school and stay at it all the night just like them.  It would be thrilling and exciting II don't have any courage to do that though.
